The testing laboratory of Kompensator SPE, JSC allows carrying out of the following types of tests:
  • strength and tightness of products (hydraulic pressure of up to 100 MPa);
  • power and cyclic tests (force of up to 360 kN);
  • vibration strength, stability (product weight of up to 1 ton, pushing force of up to 160 kN, frequency range from 5 to 2000 Hz);
  • shock effects (product weight of up to 10 t, acceleration of up to 5,500 m/s², pulse length of up to 50 ms);
  • seismic resistance;
  • pulsating pressure effect;
  • transport pounding behavior simulation.

Integrated approach to testing, selection of methods, processing and presentation of results ensures the reliability and validity of the information received. Use of information base of the test center makes it possible to apply individual approach to the tasks of each customer.

The Kompensator SPE, JSC laboratory for bellows product testing and facility testing for mechanical stress has accreditation of the Federal Service for Accreditation (Rusaccreditation) for the right to test products in accordance with the scope of accreditation (Order on accreditation No. Аа-305 dated July 26, 2019).
